- Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the preparation and production of meals
- Accountable for food cost management, menu planning, as well as the development and creation of new products to meet customers needs, when required.
- Conduct frequent checks in sections with regards to food preparation and quality.
- Ensure that operations team adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
