a) Manage day to day accounting, tax, secretarial and Banking function in the company including recurring statutory compliance's.
b) Manage Statutory, Tax and Internal audits of the company.
c) Manage the Direct and Indirect Tax assessments with various statutory departments.
d) Interact with and manage third party accounting team activities in the organization.
e) Preparation of day to day management reports and reporting to global stakeholders.
f) Managing Procurement contracting requirements of the organization
g) Manage Banking relationship for the organization.
Qualification and Skill-sets:
a) Chartered Accountant 2 to 5 years of post qualification experience.
b) Experience in the big 4 audit firms or in Corporate finance would be an added advantage.
prior exp in IT services or BPO /KPO Is most desired
c) Good communication skills - verbal and written
d) Good command over Tally, Saral software or Peoplesoft ERP package would help.
