We are looking for the best and brightest minds in industry to join TomTom .

The experience and future opportunities will include:

To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and grow sales year on year,

To successfully establish new categories like fitness sports watches for TomTom in India

To work closely with marketing team, and build a strong brand for TomTom fitness products in West India

To meet with sports organizations, fitness institutions, running groups etc. and build focused engagement strategies to drive fitness business

To establish TomTom In-car accessories in major car dealerships, online, retail and OEM segment

To work closely with major retailers and etailers to grow and develop both fitness and auto accessories business

To appoint and manage regional distributors wherever required

To forecast sales accurately

To close sales on a consistent basis and in line with prescribed credit and delivery terms

This role requires high level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of the sales teams, online partners, retail partners, distributors etc

Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.

Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.

Select, develop, and coach extended sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.

Candidate Profile:

Overall, 7+ years of experience,at-least 5 years of working relations with large format retailers

Experience with sports marketing brand preferred

A proven track-record of meeting / exceeding sales targets

A go-getter / self-starter able to take initiative and operate independently of regular coaching

Results-oriented with clarity on customer relationship management

Experience in hands-on selling

High level of business acumen

Build processes and ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)

Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers

An analytical team player with the right balance to have a strong, hands-on approach to building business at all levels (from shop floor to head-quarters)

Experience of working with major retailers like Reliance, Croma and etailers like FlipKart, Amazon etc is required.

Entrepreneurial, performance driven with a high level of motivation.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships.

Good meeting management and follow-up skills.

Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy

Strong, clear communication and presentation skills

MBA from reputed institute is desired
