I] Identification & Empanelment of New Channel Partners in the assigned geography.
II] Managing existing & new Channel Partners towards assigned business targets.
III] Keeping abreast of market developments and competitor activities.
IV] Meeting prospective clients (inbound & outbound) and achieving closure targets.
V] Achieving the assigned targets on a monthly basis.
I] Candidate must have a previous Real Estate Experience.
II] Candidate must be presentable, fluent in communication & should have good convincing skills
III] Candidate must be open to work in different geographies (within Mumbai)/ roles as per organisation's requirements.
IV] Candidate must be target oriented with a flair for sales.
