Job Description:
To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted-line reporting to respective site head)
To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive
occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
To oversee organization of channel-related events
To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre- launches & launches
To ensure constantly improve channel partner experience
To handle any channel partner grievances post sale

Education: MBA Marketing or equivalent

Experience: 7 to 12 years (with over 5 years in Channel Sales)

Industry: Real Estate

Desired Skills

Ability to manage a large and scattered team & drive business across various projects.
