Planning Merchandising requirement in the respective zones for all sectors and ensuring availability through Rural & Domestic channel-Trade, Retail shops, etc.
Ensure the proper planning and execution through sales team for Retail Loyalty program (Family Bonanza), other Promotional scheme, Captain Loyalty, Nurturing program, Retail Audit Program (STORM), Cherry Berry, Anmol Rishtey & K - Connect.
Review and track competitions trade marketing activity (ATL, BTL, OOH) for all the sectors and utilize those inputs in deriving Company's promotional plan in consultation with all sectors.
Need to work with complete documentation and adhere to clear cut policy and process laid down so that there is No NC in External Audit for the department. (If process or policy is not clear than it has to be prepared and should be approved by Marketing Head, India Business Head and Directors).
