Recruits, Manages, Evaluates and Develops the Cinemas Management Team.
Develops the atmosphere & culture of the organization.
Continually identifies internal strengths & weaknesses, successes & failures within the organization, then designs responses that build the organizations effectiveness.
Understands deeply and communicates effectively the impact of political shifts, economic and demographic trends and technological advances on the development potential of the Cinema.
Facilitating excellent communications across departments, amongst employees, with the board, with relevant organizations, etc. fostering open & candid relationships with Moviegoers, Movie Producers ( Managing Conflicts Constructively)
Acts as a proactive liaison to various internal and external constituencies to advance the Cinemas events.
Establishes annual goals for the organization as a whole (with approval of the board) and for each department, then monitors progress towards those goals as part of the fulfillment of the Cinemas Strategic Plan.
Maintain Strong working relationships with relevant national & international organizations & develop contacts within this network that can be helpful to the Cinema.
Assumes Ultimate responsibility for managing the annual budget- demonstrates a thorough understanding of the budget & financial models. Manage resources effectively to reach and exceed annual goals.
Must have minimum of 7 years of experience in Managing Cinemas at very Senior level.
Age Max : 50 Years.
