Reporting to the Corporate Management Headquarters in Germany you will key responsibilities will include the following:
Develop the market segment for the division laboratory and analytical equipment in India
Develop direct sales to customer groups including institutions, institutes, universities, hospitals, the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
Further develop the sales structure for the entire product range with main orientation to direct sales and regional sub dealers
Implementing of product competence by treatment of market and projects to the maximum potential utility for the customer
Guiding of projects with the intentions of high rate of deals, transparency in content and integrity, high level of customers satisfaction, optimism of contribution margin and short cycle times
Training, Application - Engineering, Consulting
Implement motivating team structures (team/hierarchies for external internal sales technicians services administration). Develop MbO approach
Develop the Solution Supplier approach
Influence local development of safety standards or related norms
Focus consequently on end users with high potential, establish contacts on management level
Further develop of corresponding engineering/consulting capabilities within company/ group
Further develop of local quality management process (IndiaHQ)
Develop a clear key account structure for important customers
Establish good communication within the team

German, European or Indian origin ; A technically versed and experienced CEO/ MD with strong Leadership capabilities; Ideally strong sales experience in lab/analytical equipment in India with a global perspective.
