Job Description

Design and devise strategies & Implement business policy guidelines to achieve Business Plan Target with a focus on value and volume. Penetration by acquiring - Market share, business hygiene parameters by driving Sales team and support team, continuous review mechanism in all branches to achieve business objective .Optimize SCM, Sourcing through proper Product Planning to maximize profitability by achieving Business Plan and Management objective. . Formulate communication strategy/ Product categories to create Brand visibility so as to meet top-line/bottom-line/ sales volume/market share etc

Operations, P&L, Strategy and execution programs.

 Build the organization and various teams, instituted sales channels & go-to-market strategy that built all existing revenue streams

Focus on creating teams with performance and integrity as an essential trait

Enhancing Consumer Focus: through right and innovative products and product strategy
