Skills and Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years' experience within a Cisco Unified environment.
Working knowledge of any major Middleware platform (MQ Series, Tuxedo).
Working knowledge of Interface APIs/Object Models (CORBA, COM+, and EAI).
Telecommunications: Development & Administration skills on any major switch platform (Aspect, Avaya, Nortel).
Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within Telecommunications infrastructures: FXO/FXS/PRI/T1/DS3/SS7 Circuits & Signaling Protocols.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within Database systems
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and manage technical teams.
Experience with CISCO data model and reporting, DB optimization/performance tuning, SQL.
Deploy, configure and script Cisco UCCE software [ICM, CVP, IP-IVR], and third party software, and integrated peripheral systems.
Cisco ICM Enterprise development and deployment experience, including scripting, configuration and call routing.
IP-IVR integration design or deployment
CVP or AVP application deployment experience
Experience with voice gateways or H.323, SIP or MGCP protocol experience
Cisco IP Dialer, Email Manager, and Unity experience is a plus
Multi-site configuration and hybrid of enterprise level IP and TDM environments is aplus
Perform ICM / IPCC scripting.
Perform integration with other enterprise applications.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within LAN/WAN Networks.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within Server hardware platforms.
