- Job Description :
- Handling Accounts, Finance, Audit of one of the group co named Transtar Handling & Warehousing Co.
- Reviewing Overseas Account of Team Global, - Settlement, disputes etc.
- Preparing/Upgrading various reports for management Review.
- Preparation of different types of Operation & Financial MIs as per companys requirement, (branch wise & period wise):-
- Weekly Volume Report ( Analysis of Actual Vs Budget)
- Monthly Volume Report ( Analysis of Actual Vs Budget)
- Sector wise Report, (branch wise)- monthly.
- Monthly Operational Report volume & Revenue. Comparison with budget fig.
- Department wise Operational profitability.
- Financial MIS Monthly, qtr & yearly basis.
- MIS providing analysis of budget vs. actual Indirect cost.
- And others required by management to review performance
- Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss including cash flow statement for Mumbai Branch on a month to month basis.
- Consolidation of accounts for all 6 branches for presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Preparing of Cash V/s Accrual Expense on a monthly basis.
- Analysing variances in direct and indirect cost of the company and implement corrective & preventive action as and when required.
- Computation and making interest payments on a monthly basis.
- Interacting with Statutory auditors, Tax and Internal auditors.
- Liasioning with banks for follow up towards foreign remittance and other critical issues.
- TDS and Service Tax matter of companies.
- Preparation of yearly budgets and variance analysis.
- Monitoring cash flows & Fund flows of companies.
- Reconciliation of Client ledger, Banks Book and Inter company Transactions on monthly basis.
