Job Title: Sales Head ERP Soutions
Total Experience 18 to 30 Years
Manage the entire sales team of the company and drive the business with direct reporting to Managing Director.
Responsible for Business Development - to map and penetrate large new logo accounts
Responsible for new business development through a solutioning approach by pitching Integrated Business Solutioning capabilities and capturing and understanding the business case and requirements to propose the right solution
Sales Cycle Management - Working directly with client and convert business from large account prospects - through the entire Sales Cycle to Closure
Creating and reporting on the Sales Funnel - with clear understanding of customers' evaluation and buying process to assess each case at the appropriate funnel stage
Coordination with the Customer & pre-sales/solutioning, delivery and support teams
Responsible for making presentation, drafting project estimation, project plan
Negotiate and constructively managing conflicts; effective relationship management and communication skills
Building long term relationship with the existing & new Customers
Identity prospective customers. This will require leveraging existing business relationships, attending industry events to make new connections and adopting various other lead generation mechanisms
Develop and manage a sales pipeline with leads from target customer segments of COMPANY.
Establish business relationships with key stakeholders within the prospective customers organization
Capture customer requirements and pain points in order to further develop the opportunities
Demonstrate how COMPANY services can satisfy the customers needs, both from a technical as well as commercial standpoint
Create clear and effective proposals/quotations for prospective customers
Close deals and remain responsible for customer issues until such point as a handover is completed to the concerned account manager
Key target carrying role for software solution sales, primarily in Domestic and also in International Market - for enterprise solutions and projects business
Has more than 12+ years' experience in Enterprise Solution Sales (ERP and CRM)
Strong experience mainly in ERP & CRM sales - in direct target carrying capacity
Experience in Domestic sales
Knowledge and understanding of Software Projects business, IT offshoring/outsourcing models, selling integrated solutions and services to enterprise accounts
Must Have MBA in Sales & Marketing
should have good strong communication skills.
