Job Description

To work on increasing the usage of our product with customers of ours in India with showing them on how the product can be more efficiently used by them
Conducting regular reviews with customers to identify gaps/challenges in order to effectively use
Should also possess experience in business process re-engineering
Candidate should have working experience of transforming projects with multiple departments and/ or locations.
To identify training needs and also conduct training for customers at CL .
