Strong global experience in reputed Customer research or consultancy along with proven ability as a people manager
Ability to drive business priorities through the team members of different experiential & cultural backgrounds.
Master Degree in Operations Research or MBA with 5 years of experience or a Bachelors degree with 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 3 years in Customer experience or research domain mandatory
Knowledge of SAS or related Stat tool .
