Accountable for complete P&L of the branch and all client engagements.
Accountable for client relationship management and solving their TA challenges.
Developing new business opportunities for IndiHire.
Hire, train and mentor employees for Mumbai office.
Integrating of new products / services / revenue models in existing clients.
Tracking competition and knowing the market situation.
Maintaining healthy relationship across levels of people in the TA department of the client
Liaisons with the delivery team to ensure all mandates are serviced effectively in terms of quantity and quality.
Experience and Soft Skills Required:
Overall 6-9 years of prior work experience.
Excellent in relationship management with clients.
Prior experience could be in recruitment industry or in any other B2B industry, playing business management role.
Familiar with recruitment processes and techniques.
Must possess positive outlook, a can do attitude and warm people relationship trait.
Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
