Job Description

Key Responsibilities (CarDekho) :

The role will involve managing in-life product performance: sales, margin and conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data. Displaying a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.

- Program manage new initiatives monitor and report progress and problem solve any roadblocks as required

- Design new processes and structure to support launch of new products, roll-out of products across geographies and clients

- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop understanding of overall market, competition activities and generate consumer insights

- Setup mechanism for periodic business reviews and creates relevant material (reports, presentations) and MIS packs (Excel, BI tools etc.)

- Manage the entire product line life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Share P&L responsibilities and budgetary control of all digital marketing

- Design and execute financial analysis to support development of strategic insights

- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

The ideal candidate will have :

Education : Graduate from a tier-I/ II college and/ or recent MBA from a reputed school

Preferred : 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting / business process consulting at a top consulting firm

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to make sense of ambiguity

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority

- Proficient in deck making/ Excel

- Strong project management and coordination skills
