Profile: Experience in Product Management of Business Loans (unsecured Loans);
Candidates should be a CA / MBA form atleast 2 tier institutes.
Responsible for Business Loan product development and management, including development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans, product processes and ongoing day-to-day management.
Prepare forecast on sales volumes, costs & profit margins and undertake regular pricing analysis for Business Loans
Enhance understanding of the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise Segment customer through market research and ensure our offering is in line with the customer requirement
Distribution Channel Management & Training
Support the Sales head in distribution channel management
Prepare detailed product documentation and literature that can be distributed through the Branch network
Design, develop and implement promotional strategies to aid product sales in our pan India locations
Maintain comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities, trends and developments and make appropriate recommendations
Responsible for fee income - work closely with partners to enhance our cross-sell offerings, increase productivity and strengthen our fee line
