Job Description

Role:

To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting Enrollments & Revenue targets for "Skills & career Group Business" (Partner Centers), in the assigned Territory
To Lead & Drive Channel Business Operations, in a cost efficient manner, to over Achieve Business Targets and Centers' Profitability.
Development and Implementation of Sales and field marketing strategies to establish deeper connect with Target customers/ employers/society & sustain growth thru positive W-o-M
Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, Regular field visit/ prospect, employer & Customer Interactions and incorporating valuable inputs for student Mobilization/ Product / Placement strategies.
Responsible to Drive Team's Motivation, Recruitment, development & performance management on regular (daily/weekly/monthly) basis & achieve sales/conversion/Revenue targets.
Build powerful Low cost Brand Visibility and field marketing plans to create consumer pull, leading to rapid Business growth
To Collaborate and strengthen Business partners' Profitability & Satisfaction thru effective & efficient channel management practices.
Establish robust Channel Processes, People Training & Exciting contest/programs to Drive Channel teams Motivation and Performance
To Create and Implement a strong Sales Funnel/ Inquiry/Walk-in Management system/ application across all locations. Regular Contact(call) center/ other touch points' Data/Insights' capturing & analyzing to enhance Conversion/ sales Efficiency, city wise/ Touch point wise/team wise etc.
