1. Minimum 8 years experience in IT field
2. Minimum 5 years experience in at least one BI Tools (e.g. IBM Cognos, Datastage, SAP Business Objects, OBIEE, qlikview, etc)
3. Minimum 2 projects implementation experience on data warehouse
- Analyze user requirements to develop business intelligence objective and business case
- Lead small team to implement business intelligence & data warehousing projects
- Responsible for conduct business analysis, design and ETL / BI reporting programming
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Serve as the business/functional advisor to the client, translating business requirements into solution requirements and driving the overall delivery of the solution.
- Ensure an effective implementation and rollout that maximizes value from the solution
- Utilizes strong business acumen, including best practices and business processes to identify and shape the strategic technical relationship and services strategy with the partner.
- Understand client organization's industry, direction, structure, business drivers and requirements.
- Knowledge in data model and general database operation
- Self-motivation and a good team player
- Good analytical and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese is plus
