CTC - 20 lacs to 30 lacs Leading Advertising Agency is looking out for - Business Head / VP 

Roles Defined below :
* Business Head is responsible for overall profit center for Mumbai Location.
* Recruit, strategize the right resources keeping industry standards in mind.
* Define and execute the product and services strategy in partnership with CEOs office.
* Strategize new product/service initiatives & create roadmap ensuring best in class solutions with superior customer experience.
* Prepare and articulate business case for targeting new opportunities within existing and new target segments globally.
* Collaborate with all parts of the organization to bring new products to market and ensure that every relevant group in the company understands their role in selling and supporting the products for superior customer experience.
* Use your creativity, business acumen and market understanding to meet brands traditional marketing needs.
* Translate business problems into research objectives and interpret research results into clear and actionable business objectives.
* Prepare medium to long term product strategy aligned with overall growth objectives and vision of PFT.
* Drive the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market sizing, market driver analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc.
* Lead business development activity to help organization accelerate on its high growth trajectory.
* Support business head accomplish top line and bottom-line growth targets successfully.
