Job Description

To be responsible for the Region wise Key Parameters delivery and all Sales operations including technical service supervision for the country

To work out and implement strategy on Market Development & Acquisition plans.

To strategize on maximization of category/sector sale

To assist Sales Team members in opening the new accounts and in meeting their monthly sales budgets

Responsible for motivation/training of sales personnel and explain company policies where necessary.


Growth of the region

Team Management - Creating a hi potential team

Training of sales personnel.

Market observation of Brands.

Responsible for the implementation of annual Sales and Marketing strategies, Management of Key accounts as well as generating new sales.

To supervise Sales Teams in co-operation with Reporting head to deliver the Annual Business Plan
