- Prepare and achieve the vision, strategic objectives, annual business plans and P&L targets
- Sets up the sales and marketing footprint as per the business plan in both Govt. and Non-Govt. sectors across South Inda.
- Explore opportunities in new product lines, new territories to grow ready mixed concrete RMC business.
- Leverage existing product lines and commercialise new customer segments and products to grow the market and of Business in south
- - Create and implement the necessary systems, processes and tools and thereby develop ready mixed concrete RMC business in south market
- Develop and implement effective MARCOM plans of ATL/ BTL to address the identified TG.
- maintain a result-oriented team and regularly review their career progression
- makes the sales and marketing teams use existing product lines more effectively and tracks global information to ensure successful product launches within planned timelines by working with cross-functional teams and external sources.
- Develops and maintains detailed contractors and key govt. officials database across India and maintains personal relationship with key customers and govt. officials across India.
