The Job

The Principal Consultant at Prodentify would be the nucleus of all aspects of our delivery operations & customer success. Directly working with the founder & investor team, following are the common key features and major roles & responsibilities of this job:

1. To manage smooth service delivery for customer accounts by strategizing and properly implementing the execution part

2. Ensuring that the team is adhering to CTQs like SLAs, constant customer interaction & reporting, account based gap analysis, process control & improvement and internal reporting & feedback-sharing

3. Strengthen customer connect based on regular reviews and meetings with key client contacts

4. Making sure that there's constant account mining - both by self as well as by the delivery team

5. Collaborate with the founder & other stakeholders (like investors on board, advisors on board, etc.) for account planning and course correction

6. Constantly share knowledge, guide, mentor and motivate the delivery team so that they are able to achieve beyond their productivity levels

Ideal candidates for the job would:

1. Have overall exp. of 5 - 8 years working in recruitment delivery for customers from the IT, Telecom & eCommerce domains in India, as a strong individual contributor in the initial years of career, and then as a lead and subsequently a manager, where a major part of overall responsibilities, besides self-delivering on high-revenue mandates, has been to lead a team of bright recruitment consultants to achieve out-of-the-box revenues, ensuring high profitability for their employers

2. Be strong Profit & Loss managers, who have most recently been working (since at-least the last 2 years) as the Head/Manager of a Business Unit or Practice (at their employer cos.) that specializes in catering to the IT, Telecom & eCommerce domains in India

3. Have overachieved targets, earning high incentives for themselves as well as their teams

4. Be expert at handling boutique type, niche, senior-level mandate based business (both in contingent as well as retained arrangements), along with regular business involving junior & mid level staffing

5. Have led a team of at least 15 -- 20 experienced delivery resources from a service delivery & operations management perspective

6. Be well collaborated with senior & mid level professionals in the client community (at client accounts in-line with Prodentify's focus) across the country, majorly for new business devpt., relationship mgmt., account mining and business materialization, through at-least 60% of their overall experience
