Job Description


- Handling event planning, logistics, onsite management and contract negotiation.
- Handling site plan review, resource planning, procurement, vendor management, permitting, media relations, and marketing etc.
- Provide support for special events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Responsible for the P&L.
- Develop and implement business strategy
- Optimize client relationships
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.

Experience & Key skills:

- MBA from Premier institute with 10-12 years of experience in event sales preferably from entertainment/ advertising industry.
- Exposure in handling global events.
- Experience in event execution and P&L management.
