Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

1) Build a culture of continuous improvement by engaging with various internal stake holders
2) Assist various teams in their everyday job, by enhancing their skills
3) Anchor high impact transformation project

Key Challenges

1) Facilitate high impact projects by involving CFT
2) Well versed in PDCA & conduct PDCA trainings
3) Help business/process owner with standardization
4) Participate in project reviews & achieve timeliness
5) Conduct awareness on TMW or QMS

Decision Making Authority

1) Approval & evaluation of KAIZEN/RCA
2) Conduct project reviews with the business colleagues
3) Identify areas of improvement & discuss with the functional head

Job Requirements

Knowledge
1) Aware of lean Six Sigma, Fives & Kaizen concepts
2) Proficient in 7QC tools & New QC tools
3) Knowledge of Banking/Finance process.

Skills -
1) Process analysis
2) Comfortable with data analysis
3) Presentation skills
4) Good interpersonal skills
5) Familiarity with statistical tools
