This is a General Manager position wherein the individual will be the overall P&L owner for the region. He will be responsible for the region meeting its budgetary goals including store-expansion, store sales and operations, internal and external compliances measures and last but not least the overall Quality and customer satisfaction ratings for the region.
The Regional GM will be supported by a team that will be individually responsible for various operational roles. GMs prime goal will be to manage and achieve the quarterly and annual budgets for the region through an able orchestration of various operating functions in the region.
Ideal background and characteristics:
12-15 years of experience.
Post graduate degree in business - MBA. Premium/Tier-1 institutions /Defence a discernible plus.
Experience in F&B companies a strong plus.
Experience in having managed large teams.
Experience and passion for building and operating through systems and processes.
Operating discipline to lead large teams and set people measurement systems.
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
Be a strong operating leader for the region and drive a process oriented and systematic growth.
Drive and achieve store expansion plans.
Effectively coordinate with other regional and central functions BD, HR, Finance and Supply Chain
Age range: 32 37 years
Monthly compensation range: 08L to 1.5L. Additionally there will also be an aggressive annual bonus reward plan.
