Job Description

To ensure a systemic development and growth of Edexcels Academic Business through Academic
portfolio of qualifications offered to school in India.


1. Drive the schools business forward in the assigned region by developing and executing a business strategy for the region
2. Developing a comprehensive database of prospects and competitors profiles
3. Recruiting new schools for Academic qualifications that would enhance revenue
4. Develop strategic relationships and partnerships leading to significant new business as well as ensuring the maintenance and development of existing key accounts.
5. Ensure the school partner network in the territory is adequate to enable growth.
6. Where there are weaknesses, to identify and develop new centres and partnershipsand work closely with school division in supporting the performance ofexisting centres.
7. Developing and working with a team of business and training consultants
8. Forecast revenue projections and take regional revenue targets
9. Regular school visits, developing proposals, coordinating with the regional operations officer to obtain approval for centres, Liaising with the Post Affiliation
10. Support Manager to provide necessary support to schools in terms of teache training, advising schools on marketing activities, supplying marketing material if and when necessary, and providing details of the most up-to-date text books available
11. Liaising with the Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing activities
12. Procure Recognitions for Edexcel Qualifications in the region
13. Coordinating with the schools team and the marketing team to offer complete solutions to customer.

4. officials and other key contacts in education sphere Administration
5. Understanding the requirements of school boards, teachers and students
6. Minimum relevant experience - 5yrs
7. Minimum Qualification - Graduation. Teaching experience would be preferred.
