Job Description

*Implementing business development activities, attending to all relevant business opportunities in International Market for IT Software Services Industry.
*Managing the entire business development life cycle process, like initiating the Hot Leads from marketing team to the closure of the account.
*Formulating innovative ways of sales and marketing.
*Interact with C-Suite Level & Top Decision makers of the Company's to close the deal.
*Attend and explain the customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
*Understand & define sales pipeline, industry verticals, target audience.
*A demonstrated successful portfolio of income-generating projects within the business-development field.
*Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.
*Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods,
and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.
*Efficient at Team Management in-order to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.
*Involved in to complete SDLC Support and handle Multiple Clients.
