Job Description

To generate and follow up business leads, develop clientele and intelligent business proposals.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team
Work closely with Marketing Managers, Sales Engineers and External partners and allies to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
Manage product pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to marketing department.
Manage and motivate the sales team and guide them towards achieving set targets
Attend tradeshows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities.
Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary.
Provide sales input for annual strategic planning process.
Interface with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance.
Experience in selling Hydraulic & Pneumatic seals, Industrial products

Having fluent communication in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Qualification: DME/BE in Mechanical Engineering

Age: 35-45 Years
