Job Description :
Visiting schools, colleges, coaching institutions, education fairs and interacting with their heads
Responsible for developing the institutions business.
Planning and conceptualization of innovative ideas / ways in order to increase the college business.
Providing local inputs for budgeting of cost involvement with respect to business development, branding etc. on various above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) marketing / promotional initiatives.
Local mapping of target audience and developing the plan of action accordingly.
Organizing career counseling seminar/presentation to schools, coaching institutions..
Getting admission done through Educational Consultant.
Generating online admission leads through different portal and assigning those leads to counsellors.
Plan and coordinate special educational advising events such as Educational Fairs, Participation in Schools/Colleges, alumni and international education week programs.
Desired Profile :
Should have 5+ years of experience in Business development and sales.
Should be excellent in Oral and written communication
Should be good in presentation skills.
Strong in market knowledge and should have motivation for sales.
