Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners;
discovering and exploring opportunities.
Plan and prepare presentation for meeting retail and Corporate clients
Establish and maintain working relationships with new and existing clients
Communicates New Product Developments to the prospective clients
Work cohesively with commercial and residential team on closing deals for new and
existing clientele
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company leaders.
Responsible for acquisition of new accounts and activating dormant accounts
Build relationships with existing clients in an attempt to service them on various products
Actively network with Industry experts and attend events/ corporate seminars, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends
with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Explores new ventures in real estate to expand company business in line with corporate strategy.
Manage Commercial and Retail transactions as well as Land transactions for their territory. This will involve leasing as well as outright transactions.

Visiting Corporates, institutions, retailers for generating demand.
Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating deals.
He/ She has to define and achieve targets for himself and his territory.
Going for site visits and closing deals.
Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.
Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.
Look after collection & receivable management.
Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references.

High commercial acumen and building relationship s with senior management.
Should be an Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing\ Finance with an inclination towards sales
Should be presentable and in the age group of 25- 30 years
Should have 3+ years of work experience
Must have at least 2 years experience from the same industry
Candidates from (real estate commercial/retail broking background) would be preferred
