Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
New Product Study & Development:
Conducting competitor market analysis for keeping abreast of prevalent market structure & enhancing market penetration.
Defusing market through exploring potential business avenues by product mapping thereby achieving increased business growth.
Coordinating the entire product development including product feasibility, requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, prototype testing, validation for manufacturing & ROI.
Process flow definition, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPEX estimation, quotation enquiry, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development, design review, final approval and homologation.
Taking feedback of customers on newly developed products and bringing changes for client satisfaction.
Conceptualizing strategies for continuous improvement.
Initiate & execute any Green Field & Brown Field Projects for new / existing products in line with the current portfolio.
Executing projects involving scoping and execution within cost & time parameters.
Coordinating the project activities to ensure product design & development as per client specifications.
Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts and time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects; extending post-implementation support; handling the delivery of financial reports.
