Job Description

Interacting and meeting with customers (importers & exporters) and coordinating with overseas agents
Handling customers enquiry and understanding their requirements.
Taking rates from premium airlines and shipping lines and coordinating with them.
Preparation of quotation for Air (Imports & Exports) and Sea (Imports & Exports)
Knowledge of preparation of Master Airway Bill & House Airway Bill.
Basic knowledge of Freight forwarding, Operations & Custom Clearance Process.
Responsibilities:
Handling Air Export Shipments.
Meeting with Freight Forwarders, generating queries and convert them into sales.
Esperance in all India Reason like Delhi/ Mumbai / Chennai/ Kolkata NCR Territory comprising with above 65 IATA agents on our customer list.
Regularly interacting with IATA & Non IATA Agents developing business and strengthening
relationship.
Providing logistics supply chain solutions to our clients and setting up and streamlining the process.
Auditing Sales Report, resolving payment issues, if any, and ensuring Timely receipt of payments.
Coordinating with DEL Ops, GFMC and other stations of FedEx, for Cargo Planning on flight,
space control and smooth movement of shipment.
Coordinate with Principles and update them current market scenario.
Making reports and presentations for management.
Documentations for export shipments and custom clearance.
Provide backend support to sales team to achieve the desired profit.
Handling Operations work at Airport for Export shipments

Computer proficiency

Working knowledge of Internet.
Working knowledge on MS office
