Key Responsibilities :-
*Responsible for getting New LEADS/ Requirements & maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
*Generate requirement from new clients and existing clients thru cold calling .
*understand the requirement and client need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, location preference from available pool of resources.
*negotiate the rates with clients & candidates
*make timely submissions and provide all the information to the clients, which is required for making an end client submission.
*follow up with clients on the progress of the submittals made.
*orient the candidate on interview process & closure.
Min. 1 year of Sales / BD Experience in US IT Staffing Industry
Ability to work independently & multi task in fast paced environment.
Thorough understanding of Implementation Partners / Tier-1/ Prime Vendor Sales Process
Should have active clients at Tier-1/ Prime Vendor level
Good command on full life Sales / Recruitment Cycle in US Staffing
Proven Track record in US IT Staffing Industry
