Job Description

Must Have around 8 years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in USA.
Extensive direct selling experience in USA geography with focus on selling IT Services and Solutions.
Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of IT Services and Solutions in USA region.
Accountable to meet Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets.
Strong sales management experience with customer facing engagement skills at all levels
Several years of the full complement of the sales continuum (e.g. inside sales; lead qualification; direct sales; etc.)
Profile is majorly responsible for Account Hunting / Direct Sales for solution selling in multiple verticals hence need to be well versed with the dynamics of verticals Highly motivated with willingness to travel onsite.
Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels with high level of motivation and solid business acumen.
