Job Description

Sales responsibilities:

Having experience in UK or European or US Market is a must
Primarily Responsible for consultative sales and Provide Full Life Cycle Sales.
Successfully sell IT Services to Clients in UK and Europe through effective marketing, cold calling, emails, networking and most importantly through professional relationships and contacts
Manage entire sales process, from prospecting and proactive lead generation, responding to RFI/RFPs, prepare proposals, deliver executive presentations, negotiations and contract closures
Responsible for soliciting new business opportunities through sales calls/RFP responses for IT sales.
Manage existing client relationships by interacting with client managers/vendor management to address on-going issues/concerns.
Create strategic plans to penetrate into prospective clients to build relationships and awareness of Damco Solutions capabilities and open lines of communication for future business.
Meeting complex needs of clients, Identify potential clients, and drive new business development through a sustained sales funnel.
Interacting with the Internal Delivery and presales teams constantly.
Create and execute Client penetration strategies by thwarting stiff competition from Competitors.

Management Responsibilities:

Sales Management to ensure targets are achieved
Regular communication with leadership team on sales figures
Building sales team and training and mentoring
Interviewing and selection of sales professionals at different levels.
