Job Description

Business Development:

Analyzing the business potential; conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive business, augmenting turnover and achieving the desired targets. Evaluating and pursuing business opportunities as per targeted plans & achieving market share. Generating new leads through web research and networking on phone/ Internet (Social Networking). Organizing extensive research on the client's requirement and evaluating their potential. Cold calling prospective clients, reliable vendors, projecting the organizations capabilities and brand image. Participating in the existing client conferences to identify their current and on going needs

Successfully steer the complete life Cycle of Sales Recruitment; and send weekly sales report to Director Sales & Marketing

Effectively involve in sourcing, identify the requirements from Top vendors to place bench Consultants

Accountable for full cycle of end-to-end recruitment and maintaining healthy relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients.

Instrumental in creating and conveying information packages to potential buyers; supported in making calls to potential customers and schedule appointments for the Onsite Sales Team.

Handle the entire gamut of submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with Vendors and negotiate offers.

Evaluate the requirements and prepare the same as per the Expected Resource; negotiate the salaries as per the client demands.

Play a pivotal role in maintaining excellent rapport with existing as well as new clients.

Identify the requirements by screening the profiles depending upon their communication skills and technical skills; short listing the resumes as per client needs.

Responsible of maintaining the database including candidate details like current location, expected salary and availability.

Retrieve feedback from different clients, implement processes and strategies to recruit qualified candidates for internally available positions which included candidate sourcing, evaluation and selection.

Effectively involve in maintaining and developing new Vendor/Client base in (USA).

Must also be able to multi task - Bench Sales & Recruiting as needed
