Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Work as a contributing member in the customer engagement team and provide technical
assistance in strongly positioning Our Client's products/solutions to help win the business
Understand client business, the technical environment including existing pain points and
create winning solutions to address the requirements
Treat & assist Business Partner organizations as Our Client's sales force and work for joint
This Specialist assures a solution's relevance to clients requirements, ensures technical
feasibility, drives implementation planning and ensures successful deployment
Engage and deliver Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), trainings & product demos. Where
required, co-ordinate benchmarks, customer workshops etc.
Work with various stakeholders within & outside of Our Client's/STG, to ensure successful,
ongoing business relations with client
Play the role of a technology consultant to clients; build and manage trust-based, longterm
relationships with customers organization on all levels
Contribute to re-usable documentation and information for greater benefit of the team
Build case studies off customer success stories, possess a good understanding of
industry trends and be able to contribute/share relevant information among peers,
industry community and industry press
Position Our Client's as a preferred, total IT solutions and services partner
Complete all levels of technical & non-technical competence certification as required by
Our Client's, from time to time to help enhance customer value and personal career growth
Role Requirements
Develop solid, deep technical skills, including hands-on, on the STG products
Work on becoming a subject-matter expert in a chosen domain; be it servers, storage,
systems software etc.
Possess excellent written/verbal communications skills
Excellent presentation skills with ability to lead & manage discussions
Strong people-networking, communicating, persuading and influencing skills
Be a self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude
Fast, self-learner who is abreast on the latest in technology, competition and the industry
Be well-organized and to able to work with a sense of urgency
