Job Description

Job Responsibilities :-

Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.
Obtain Pre-qualification with new customers and generate enquiries.
Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
Prepare business plan in line with management guidelines.
Generating business in line with the business plan.
Development of new product considering infrastructure of facility.
Prepare cost estimation, techno-commercial proposals for turnkey projects, equipment and systems.
Ensuring effective achievement of targets and preparation of reports.
Preparing and giving presentations to present & prospective customers.
Monitoring industry trends as well as competition.
Coordination with customers during execution of jobs for progress and commercial aspects.
Negotiations with customers for orders, payments, LD Waiver, Extra claims etc.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Should have good networking with process consultants, project consultants as well as customers in refinery, oil & gas, fertiliser, steel plant, power plant & mining industry.
Exposure to Strategic Planning / Business Development Activities would be an advantage.
Knowledge of national and international commercial conditions.
Excellent communication skills both written & oral as well as presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization.
