Job Description

Ideal Candidate:

Should have a very good knowledge of the area and share a good rapport with all leading doctors.
Must have a minimum of 5-10 years work experience in fertility related business, age not over 40 yrs.
Experience in leading Pharma companies specializing in Gynecological products.

Job Responsibilities -

Business Development with all leading Gynecologists & General Practitioners in the city and peripheral areas, and get a regular flow of referrals through these doctors.
Develop a very cordial relationship with all the doctors.
Meet the Monthly Revenue target for the center.
Create opportunities for conducting CME / doctor contact programs regularly as part of the marketing activity.
Develop and implement the monthly marketing activity plan in coordination with partner doctor & head office.
Organize events like fertility camps / patient contact programs on an ongoing basis.

To promote the products of the company to all leading Gynecologists & General Practitioners in the given territory
Develop a very cordial relationship with all the doctors.
Effectively communicating the concepts of all treatment on promotion
To ensure meeting given sales target month after month.
Effectively utilizing the selling skills to Develop and implement the monthly marketing activity plan in coordination with partner doctor & head office
Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Company's vision, mission and values.
Effectively executing the plan agreed with CEO and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
Organize events like fertility camps / patient contact programs on an ongoing basis.
Focusing on updating ones knowledge and skills.
Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
Develop KOLs on the basis of business and clinical interests
Should be smart and presentable.
Should be able to communicate in English fluently.
Should be sincere, honest and hard working.
Should have a challenging attitude
