Job Description :
Experience of 5 - 15 years out of which at least 4+ years must be in New Business Development for USA or Europe.
Additional experience in Product Design & Development, Engineering Services and Client Relationship Management is useful.
Must have hands-on experience in all the phases of new business development including cold-calling to customer wins.
New customer acquisition.
Development of prospects and Leads.
Win long-term, strategic customers.
Meet Revenue and Customer win targets.
Lead and drive sales manages / engineers, if any, towards achieving individual targets.
Travel to prospect / customer locations (USA & CANADA) extensively to win new customers.
Relationship management with existing customers and increase the business volume.
Closely work with the CEO to develop strategies/win themes, marketing & branding, new service segments
