New Business Development
Identifying researching and evaluating new business opportunities, establishing
contacts with clients (school n tuition centers)to understand their business needs for the assigned geographies. Making presentations to the middle and upper management of the prospective clients.
Key Account Management
Building strong relationships with existing clients by deploying efficient and effective.account management and client servicing strategies.
Managing multiple accounts, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating.
Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with the clients.
Directly responsible for revenue generation and revenue enhancement. Undertake joint fieldwork with BDEs.
Coordinating with Client relationship team for collections and revenue generation.
Motivating, guiding and mentoring the team for the achievement of sales & profitability targets (quarterly). Monitoring and managing the day to day sales activities of the Business Development Executives.
Participating in recruitment, learning and development of BDEs. Maintaining and submitting TSRs on daily basis.
Coordinating the overall activities of the regional sales team and reviewing the performance of the regional sales team on a periodic basis.
