Roles and Responsibilities:
Business development including market making, demand generation and demand fulfillment.
Role involves extensive consultative selling covering the entire sales cycle prospecting to successful business acquisition.
Target market identification, mapping prospects, value proposition creation and presentation to prospects, formal proposal making, negotiations, and contract negotiations.
Performance driven position with defined KRAs including annual sales targets.
Role includes addressing demand creation and demand fulfillment and consequently will also involve RFP/Tendering & Bid management.
Desired Skills and Experience
Extensive exposure in Conceptualizing solutions and create market based on the customer future requirement.
Thought leadership skills, Self driven, Leading from front.
Overall experience in Sales / Pre-Sales / Sloution sales functions with atleast 3 years in target driven sales role in service sectors in India and carrying business volume.
Exposure of working within businesses with relatively new offerings requiring significant customer education to develop market needs
