Job Description

Desired candidate profile for the position :

1. Qualification
Graduate- Science Stream; or
Diploma in Engg;
Engineering Degree

2. Previous Experience (Yr.) :
Min 3 years experience in technical sales
Previous experience in Institutional Sales required
Exposure in Powder Coatings, Automotive, Construction Chemicals would be an added plus

3. Key Deliverables of this role
Manage and handle key industrial clients. Along with Technical Service Engineer support account in terms of technical service, coordinating supply chain, manage receivables
New Business Development- Introduction of new products to key accounts/ Breaking into important new customers

4. Must have functional competencies
Manage collections and maintain clean accounts
Indian Light vehicle driving license mandatory. International/GCC License would be an added advantage

5. Critical personality attributes Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Should have good inter-personnel skills.

6. Possible growth avenues for a successful incumbent: Broader roles in Unit.:
Scope of growing into a Sr. Exec Sales role in a 2-3 year horizon.
