Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Plan and carry out pre and post sales activity in Direct Segment and Distributor business in assigned location.
To plan and achieve the targeted sales budget, sales volume, product mix in direct account.( Collection target for corporate and retail clients, timely collection of STF forms.)
To sustain and grow the existing business and to grow the business in corporate ( direct) account.
To recruit and grow the business in retail account by recruiting new distributors.
Anticipate future business requirements, devise business strategy to forecast business .To look into customer complaint and resolve them.

Experience / Exposure / Education:

5 years of relevant technical sales or service in relevant sector.
Candidate should have good relation building skills, must be a good communicator and should be able to understand and solve technical problem and product related problem.
Good oral and written skills and should be able to communicate with senior management profiles.
Bachelor in Engineering preferred ( Chemical or Mechanical preferred but not limited to the mentioned streams only) .PG diploma in management would be an added advantage.
