* Qualification - Graduates / Post Graduates in any stream (No B.E / BTech)
* Experience - 5 to 10 years of relevant business development experience in a BPO
* Candidates staying in or around Noida only to be considered
* Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
* Possess solid presentation skills.
* Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
* Proficient in English communication
* Market research experience

* Excellent communication skills
* Should be well versed with computers, basic keyboarding skills & fair knowledge of browsers
* Responsible for end to end Business Cycle Management, right from Lead Generation to Contract signing.
* Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
* Responsible for relationship building, account management and mining of new clients
* Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
* Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve Business targets.
* Close interaction with the Operations teams & other support functions to ensure delivery of technical proposals/ solutions as per agreed timelines.
* Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
* Open business development dialogs with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build a few large strategic accounts.
* Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
