Job Description

- Collaborate with Corporate Banking Relationship Management team to build and grow the Bank's overall Transaction banking business comprising Trade and Cash products. Develop detailed account by account plan and execution strategy for each client.

- Identify and acquire Transaction Banking and Liability business from Large Corporate clients.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors- products, market landscape on Cash Management, Trade, Liabilities, Supply Chain, Capital Markets and FX

- Provide inputs on products, service levels and product features to product and operations teams and help develop best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products.

- Work jointly with Credit Risk teams to design and improve credit programs and parameters that will enable growth of supply chain financing and other corporate linked business programs.

- Assist Regional Head TBG Sales to report business performance metrics and analytics to enable rapid roll out of TBG business and ensure client penetration.

- Solid knowledge of Transaction Banking products and technology (Cash Management, Trade & liability side products) and relevant knowledge of banking regulations

- Entrepreneurial mind set as the business needs to be set up from scratch and will require tenacity in collaboration and forging partnerships with external & internal stakeholders.
