Job Description

- The Business Development Manager works aggressively to achieve significant business topline growth. This is done by garnering new clients and deepening relations with existing clients through well-crafted strategies of cross-sell and up-sell.

Required skills :- 5 - 8 years of experience in selling Investment Research- MBA (Marketing) from a premier institute- Excellent communication skills- Commitment to deliver aggressive business targets- Should have international sales experience in Investment Research - preferably GCC, Middle East and Africa- Should also have experience in catering to multiple client segments within investment research, such as, stock broking houses, investment banks, private equity, venture capital, asset management companies (including hedge funds), corporate houses, and consulting firms- Willing to work in B2B selling environments (with short and long sales cycles)- Flexibility to adapt to new working environments- Willingness to travel extensively (both abroad and in India)- For GCC and Middle East markets, the candidate must be willing to work from Sunday through Thursday- Very comfortable with Excel modeling and database mining skills- Significant international travel exposure and international sales/account management experience
