The role holder is responsible for the revenue for the circle. The incumbent will be responsible to develop and plan marketing strategies to enhance the competitive position. Drive a healthy revenue Mix from High Value Acquisition, U & R, Roaming, Campaign and VAS.
The role demands analytical bend of mind, which would help in understanding & analyzing consumer behavior. The role holder would be required the use the available data in developing relevant products for varied consumer segments. He/She would be required to analyze and provide solutions on various matters pertaining to revenue from operation and consumer insights via research, call center and in house data mining.
Leadership and Teamwork
The position is a leadership position in the circle. The role holder would set goals and targets for all revenue Verticals- Acquisition, U&R, VAS, Roaming & Campaign in consultation with Marketing Head, and will monitor the performance of the team on a regular basis. The incumbent would need to establish and maintain relationships with peers in the circle from Sales, Enterprise Business, Customer Service, Finance, Network and IN, Technical & IT, as well as, regional and corporate members from the corporate office. The role holder should be a team leader who can lead a set of high performing employees.

The role holder should adapt to the changes in the environment and organization and ensure that the team adapts to these changes. He/She would need to innovate and bring appropriate product/ strategy changes depending on market realities and demands.
Knowledge and Experience
The role requires in-depth knowledge of marketing in a telecom He/She should have handled the U & R & Acquisition or U & R and VAS portfolios earlier. He/ She should be able to work in a matrix reporting structure with a significant amount of cross functional dealings.
The role holder is responsible for all customer communication. Would have to work closely with the brand/ Marcom team to design relevant communication package for customers. He/ She should have good communication skills. He/ She should be able to communication to sub-ordinates/ Peers & Higher ups effectively to drive the company strategy across all the verticals.
