Establish personal contact, and maintain relationship with architects and interior designers in the given territory.
Establish and maintain regular contact with architects, plumbing contractors, key national, architects, interior designers and developers to inform them of the advantages of using Companys products.
Develop a broad database for the territory for all influencers viz .architects, interior designers and plumbing contractors.
Provide guidance, review Companys practices and procedures, develop sales programs with Companys sales team, distributors management team, their sub-distributors and their key buyers.
Provide the sales team with information and progress on key projects and take their inputs in arriving at the best way to ensure that Company gets specified.
Conduct Architect Meets with he help of the Regional Sales Manager which helps in building the relationship with Company.
Attend and participate in Company sales meeting and trade or industry meetings, shows and conventions to increase knowledge of Company's products, improve selling.
Required Qualification & Experience:
Requires a MBA Marketing would be an advantage. Must be bi-lingual in both English and Hindi/Local languages. Fluency in regional dialects would be an added advantage.
2-4 years business development experience within the sanitary ware or allied trade. Sales experience in sanitary allied trade would be an advantage.

Frequent contacts with:
Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Manager and Regional Manager Key Accounts.

Has frequent contact with plumbing contractors, general contractors, builders, architects and interior designers and key end-users.
